Shipping & returns

Orders are dispatched from Bengaluru. In-stock items are usually dispatched within two working days and delivered within three to seven working days depending on the address. Made-to-order items state their lead time on the product page. Shipping is charged at a flat rate below the free-shipping threshold shown at checkout, and is calculated server-side so the figure you see is the figure charged. Unused items in original packaging can be returned within seven days of delivery for a refund of the item value. Return shipping is at the customer’s cost unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Personalised, perishable and hygiene-sensitive items cannot be returned unless faulty.
