Refund policy

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once approved, a refund is usually credited within five to seven working days, depending on your bank. An order can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. After dispatch, the returns process applies. Bookings: cancellations more than seventy-two hours before the slot are refundable in full. Within seventy-two hours, a refund is at our discretion, and production costs already committed are not refundable. Quotations: a quotation is not a payment. Where a deposit has been paid against a quotation, the deposit and cancellation terms are the ones written on that quotation. If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us with photographs and we will replace or refund it.
