Privacy policy

We collect only the information needed to respond to an enquiry, fulfil an order or manage a booking: your name, contact details, delivery or venue address, and the contents of what you send us. We use it to answer you, to deliver what you asked for, and to keep the records the law requires. We do not sell customer data. Access to customer records inside the group is limited by role. Staff who do not need a record to do their job cannot see it, and sensitive actions are logged. You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete records we are not required to keep. Write to us and we will respond within a reasonable period. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we do not store full card details on our systems.
