A foundation site for a property operator

The brief was narrow: make the site earn its keep. The existing brochure site described the company well and captured nothing. We rebuilt around the listings, added a short enquiry form that lands in a named queue, and gave the operations team a view of every enquiry with its owner and status. Nothing about the visual language changed dramatically — the difference was in what the site did after someone arrived. Within the first quarter the team could say how many enquiries came from the site, who owned each one, and how many turned into viewings. That was the entire point.
