Furnished homes are usually photographed well and inspected badly. Ask to see the property at the time of day you will actually be there — water pressure in the evening, mobile signal in the bedroom, noise from the road.
Check what is on the inventory list against what is in the flat, and photograph anything already damaged before you move in.
Put the notice period, the deposit refund timeline and who pays for what in writing. If it is not written down, it will be a conversation later, and those conversations rarely go well.
